We currently have 31 staff (up from 16 at the date of takeover) of whom 24 are Care staff and the remainder are ancillary (cooking, cleaning, administration and maintenance). All care staff are encouraged and assisted to pursue NVQ care qualifications. Currently 4 staff have NVQ2,2 have NVQ3, the manager has NVQ4 (mostly achieved in practice at Kingsmount) and a further 7 are studying towards levels 2 and 3.
